L’objectif de ces médecins en regroupement libéral était d’ouvrir un centre d’ophtalmologie au cœur de Paris. Nous avons spécifié avec eux leurs attentes et avons lancé une recherche immobilière ciblée. Nous avons évalué la qualité de l’emplacement à partir d’indicateurs clés. Nous les avons ensuite accompagné dans la phase finale de l’acquisition : négociations, transaction, et plus en amont sur les démarches d’urbanisme pour le changement d’usage du local.
